Purposes of data processing
- Personal Data is processed to register participants, ensure participation in the contest, ensure communication, respond to requests and questions, provide support, gather data on the use of the website, improve and eliminate shortcomings, as well as for commercial and marketing purposes.
- Processing of Personal Data is carried out on the basis of the Data Subject’s consent to ensure the running of the competition and on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- Processing of Personal Data is limited to the necessary extent to achieve the specific purpose of data processing. Access to Personal Data will be limited, providing it only to the personnel who need it to fulfil their professional obligations to you.
- We collect information and process your Personal Data to ensure your participation in the competition. If you do not provide us with the necessary information about your Personal Data, we will not be able to provide you with the appropriate service.
- In order to ensure the quality of the competition, we can authorize our partners to perform certain services, such as taking photos of events, preparing invoices and other information, etc. When performing these tasks, partners process Personal Data to the extent necessary to perform these activities.
- If you agree to receive news, we will use the information provided to send news messages. Personal Data will be used for this purpose until we receive information about not wanting to receive such messages in the future.

Duration of data storage
- Personal Data is stored until the relevant processing purpose is achieved or until you withdraw your consent, if your Personal Data is processed on the basis your consent.
A longer period of storage of Personal Data is permissible and may be applied to meet legal requirements for the minimum period of storage of documents or information in order to protect our or third parties’ legitimate interests. - Personal data submitted in registration forms are stored for 1 year.
- After the Personal Data storage period expires, we securely delete all of your Personal Data or make it inaccessible or unidentifiable.
Scope of data
When registering, we collect the following data from you:
- personal information (first name, last name);
- contact information (e-mail, phone number);
- paypment information if you make a non-cash payment (card type, number and expiration date);
- other information necessary to ensure operations.

- To ensure the running of the competition, Personal Data may be transferred to third parties who provide services to us, for example, make reservations, to the extent that Personal Data is necessary for the fulfillment of contractual obligations.
