1. Personal Data is processed to register participants, ensure participation in the contest, ensure communication, respond to requests and questions, provide support, gather data on the use of the website, improve and eliminate shortcomings, as well as for commercial and marketing purposes.
2. Processing of Personal Data is carried out on the basis of the Data Subject’s consent to ensure the running of the competition and on the basis of our legitimate interests.
3. Processing of Personal Data is limited to the necessary extent to achieve the specific purpose of data processing. Access to Personal Data will be limited, providing it only to the personnel who need it to fulfil their professional obligations to you.
4. We collect information and process your Personal Data to ensure your participation in the competition. If you do not provide us with the necessary information about your Personal Data, we will not be able to provide you with the appropriate service.

In order to ensure the quality of the competition, we can authorize our partners to perform certain services, such as taking photos of events, preparing invoices and other information, etc. When performing these tasks, partners process Personal Data to the extent necessary to perform these activities.

Duration of data storage

2. Personal data submitted in registration forms are stored for 1 year.
3. After the Personal Data storage period expires, we securely delete all of your Personal Data or make it inaccessible or unidentifiable.

• paypment information if you make a non-cash payment (card type, number and expiration date);
