The Riga Cathedral Choir School Gospel Choir was founded in 2018 by Una Stade, Head of the Musical Theatre Department.

The choir primarily performs popular and gospel music and is frequently featured in television productions, concerts, and large-scale musical events. Its collaboration partners include the Latvian National Symphony Orchestra, State Choir “Latvija”, and many of Latvia’s leading popular music artists, such as Shipsea, Ralfs Eilands, Triana Park, Maksims Busels, Latvian Voices, and others.

The Gospel Choir has participated in the Latvian Song and Dance Celebration and has received Grand Prix awards at several international competitions, including Lauluragin 2019 and 2023 in Estonia, as well as the European Choir Games 2025 in Aarhus, Denmark.
